Back to School Summer Outfit Ideas

     Hi everyone!
I have been busy with getting ready for school and my boyfriend was here for two weeks so he had all my attention. But, I have been working on a couple Polyvore sets to give you all some ideas of what to wear back to school!
I am going back to college so these outfits are more appropriate there since there is no dress code. If you are attending high school with a strict dress code, feel free to create outfits that please those rules from the sets I have shared!
If you don't know what Polyvore is, Polyvore is an app for your phone or a website in which you create "sets" of fashion, home decor or whatever pleases you. I love using this app whenever I'm bored or waiting for something. I decided to use it to make some outfits because I haven't been able to take outfit photos recently.
Here are my outfits!
I really love this outfit. I would wear this more when it get cooler out. I was thinking about the cool October weather when I put this outfit together. I titled it, Pink Fall. I love the color of the shirt and the pants and I think they go together so well. The flowy sleeves and the straight leg of the pants compliment each other beautifully.

This is the second outfit that I put together. I titled this, Hello Yellow. I have really been enjoying the color yellow and I think it screams summer really well. I would wear this during the first months back to school since it is hottest in those months. The yellow tanks can be layered with a light jacket for when you freeze in class. The print on the shorts are so adorable and I wanted to practice wearing more prints. If you want to try wearing more "out there" prints, then I suggest starting easy by wearing stripes or polka dots. After that, you  can move onto prints that you enjoy and pair it with a basic top, shoes and accessories so that you don't feel overwhelmed. Remember, you can experiment with anything you want until you find what fits you!

This is a recreation of an outfit that I love wearing. This is a simple yet cute outfit called Flow. I would wear this on a study date or while shopping for school supplies. I have been loving midi skirts. I feel as if midi skirts are underrated and a lot of people do not wear them enough. They look super elegant and puts together a simple outfit. I could even see this outfit being worn on the first day back. If the hat is a little too much for school or is not allowed at your school, switch it out for a necklace and some rings. Simple outfits like these can be switched up in many ways.

I have worn this outfit many times. I titled this outfit Picnic. I see this outfit being worn on a Sunday after a long week of school. I love the layering of a strappy dress and a long sleeved blouse. You can layer shirts under dresses in multiple ways and it looks absolutely adorable. Flat shoes look great with this outfit as it keeps the vibe cute. I have been seeing these woven bags everywhere and they are starting to grow on me. This bag brings the entire outfit together and reminds me of a flower girl sitting in a field.
My last outfit is called Blues. I would wear this outfit when I feel  more lazy. Don't get me wrong, I wear less "cute" outfits when I'm lazy and going to class. But, if I do feel like I need to wear something cute to feel better, this is something I would wear. The shorts and top are both flowy so I won't feel stuck to my clothes and more comfortable. I love the vertical stripes of the shorts as well and gives the outfit beachy vibes. The lace up sneakers are super cute and comfy for those lazy days. The light pink color also adds to the outfit. If I feel as if I might get chilly inside a classroom, I would pair this with a light cardigan.

Thank you for reading this far! I hope you all enjoyed these outfits and feel free to alter them to fit your school regulations. These are a few outfits that I will wear this Fall semester and if you have any questions, feel free to ask!
